My key fob was worn out. There was a recall on them so I took them in. I was told that I would get a separate key and fob. Not ideal but at least the fob would be replaced. Waited for almost 4 hours in the waiting room only to get two new keys and my old broken fobs back. AND...all they did was cut the keys off the fob. The keys themselves were never the problem. Now I have two things to carry in my pocket. I was told I could get a replacement fob at my own expense. Over $100 for just one! I went to Amazon and ordered 2 for $20 with shipping. In far less time I spent sitting in the waiting area, I will be able to fix them myself. I was told "yeah, about 99 percent of all people pass on the recall. Well,.I would have too if it had been explained correctly to me in the first place. And NO! It was NOT explained! You basically implied I either didn't listen or was not capable of understanding what the final outcome would have been. More
the sales person had NO clue abou the truck not towing , not packages and he is blowing up my phone and email, saying well if you have any questions please call me. Last year I bought a 2020 2500 Chevy Silverado HD diesel from this dealership I dealt with the owner son Matt and a salesman named Danny Green when my new truck was delivered I did not have runner boards on from this dealership I dealt with the owner son Matt and a salesman named Danny Green when my new truck was delivered I did not have runner boards on it as discussed Also the truck had door dings on both the passenger and driver door with chips and paint missing from it also when I picked up my truck it had over 800 miles on it (which I excepted some miles but not that many beings it was not a Preowned vehicle I talk to the salesman Danny they said they would get it taken care of along with my clear bra which was purchased during the deal when I picked up my truck clear bra had bubbles in it and all they did was touch up paint on the doors which I could’ve did myself and it looks like they used a fingernail polish 🤷🏽♂️ Which purchasing a new brand new vehicle is unacceptable in my opinion they should’ve repaired them up to a new standard since then I have reached out to this dealer and also the owner which is Matt‘s dad for the last year and a total of 10 times and have not got but one response back Matt told me that basically his hands were tied (in a text message I have) and enjoy my new truck I reached out to his father and to the guy that worked my deal and finance and no return call to me the ethics morals and values of this dealership or at least with my deal was trash!!! And during these phone calls I had let them know that my clear bra was peeling and coming off which they value this at $14-$1700 no return call now I’m in the process of trying to figure out any other legal options or what not that I have because these guys obviously don’t care once the deal is done. In my opinion I would not deal with these two or the dealership after this experience and as far as the paperwork, transition and the rest of deal was excellent went super smooth and easy But now I’m stuck with a damaged truck and a clear bra that should be warranty which I was told it was but again Im A-warrantee is not good if you do not get a call back I was also given three free oil changes which I will not use because now I am worried that my truck might be sabotaged I know that sounds far-fetched but at this point the trust is gone Eric--970-632-8639 More
I scheduled an appointment for 10:30 Friday morning for an oil change and transmission flush. When I dropped off my car i was told it would be 2 hours. I had appointments and other things planned to do aft an oil change and transmission flush. When I dropped off my car i was told it would be 2 hours. I had appointments and other things planned to do after that. It took them 5 hours. Totally messed up my day. When I picked up my car there was no apology for it taking so long. When I drove away it was shifting from 1st to 2nd much worse than when I dropped it off. I am more than a little angry that it took MUCH linger to do the services and then its runs worse afterwards!? I purchased my vehicle there and have gotten it serviced there for the last 3 years but am now planning to take it elsewhere from now on. More

don't take your car here for service My wife took her 2016 Chevy Malibu in for an oil change. Next morning there was a 3 x 4 oil slick under the car on our brand new garage. They offer My wife took her 2016 Chevy Malibu in for an oil change. Next morning there was a 3 x 4 oil slick under the car on our brand new garage. They offer to bring the car in and fix it then deliver it to my wife's work. They also are going to send someone out to get the stain off the garage floor. So far so good right. Car gets delivered to the wife with oil stained finger prints all over the inside drivers door panel. I still have a 3 x 4 foot oil stain in my garage. You pay more to take your car in to the dealer thinking your getting the best service but this place doesn't beat jiffy lube for 1/2 the price. More
Oil change gone wrong Took my wife's car in for an oil change. Got it home and the next day a quart to quart and a half leaked out on the garage floor. They sent out a tow truck to pick up the car since we did not know what was leaking and did not want to damage the car. They fixed the oil plug that was not tight and delivered the car to my wife's work. When my wife got in the car the drivers side door has oil finger prints all along the inside of the door panel next to the window. They did send someone out to clean up the garage floor. It could have been worse and overall they did a good job trying to make us happy after the fact but this is not my first issue with this dealership service department. My wife is livid about all the finger prints in the car, she keeps that car immaculate. You pay more to take your car to the dealer because you expect the best. You can get better for less at jiffy lube and regular repairs. I would not recommend them for any service on your car. More
