1 star review for the incredibly lacking quality of customer service. After leasing a brand new vehicle and having several issues with it in under a year we have received the bare minimum of service to customer service. After leasing a brand new vehicle and having several issues with it in under a year we have received the bare minimum of service to help us. From having to figure out our own rental car to transport our family of 5 because ford Davidson would not offer us one, to them losing our keys upon pick up and having to make more than one trip to pick up our vehicle. The entire experience with this dealership has been very stressful and disappointing. We will absolutely never buy or lease a vehicle with Davidson Ford again and will go to a dealership where customers are treated with value. More
