Very disappointed with Villa ford due to there service department and lack of customer service. I've now purchased two mustangs from villa, both having several mechanical issues. Sales and finance is grea department and lack of customer service. I've now purchased two mustangs from villa, both having several mechanical issues. Sales and finance is great, however when something goes wrong with your car the dealership treats you like you are a burden and a nuisance to them. It's day and night. I bought a 2024 Mustang GT just last month and the vehicle started making thumping noises when applying the break. I brought it in to the dealership and was met with a rude and condescending service agent, Carlos. My last mustang had issues as well and I got to know the service manager, Mike Popp. I was told that my car would be held at the dealership for approximately 2-3 weeks as there were 13 cars ahead of me. I was then told that it could be in the shop for month or more depending on parts. Being that the car was only two weeks old, of course I was frustrated. I spoke with the manager Mike and asked him if I could set up an appointment to bring the vehicle back due to my work schedule. He stated that they were very busy due to the holiday and that I could bring it back in two weeks. I left, and my vehicle has continued to make the awful thumping sound. I got a email survey and I was honest about my experience and gave my feed honest feed back. None of which was inappropriate. It was just my honest feed back. Well I was met with retaliation when I called to confirm my appointment for Monday January 8th. I called to confirm my appointment and left a voicemail with service manager Mike. He called me back shortly after and told me that due to my "survey" I was no longer welcomed to at villa ford and that they would not be helping me. That I would now need to take my vehicle elsewhere. I was in complete shock and utter disbelief that after spending 65k on a new vehicle that I'd be treated that way because they didnt "like my survey". What world do you live in if you can't take honest critiscim. If you don't like honest feedback then don't send out surveys. Needless to say, I will be seeking legal assistance and I've reached out to Ford corporate directly. Save yourselves time, money and grief and avoid this dealership. The worst! More

Generally good service but astronomically high labor rate makes service very expensive. Service coupons never apply to anything I need for my EV..
