The vehicle was purchased August 1, 2015, and I just put on a little over 3000 miles since the purchase, but decided to get the oil changed after driving it for a year. The service advisor came to my car as soon as I stopped in service area. I waited in the customer area and it didn't take long to complete the job. The service advisor explained what all was done and was very courteous and friendly and thanked me for the business. I love Villa Ford.............. More

Prior to purchasing at Villa Ford, I went to a large dealership which was much more local to my home and the place where I purchased my previous Ford. I was met with indifference and sub-standard professionalism, to say the least. Specifically, my request for a particular vehicle to be transferred between dealers was postponed for several days and I was purposefully lied to about the vehicle's location. Yes, I was given lies instead of support and service to facilitate the purchase. To this end, I decided not only to find a different dealership, but to look for a different car make. I had enough of Ford based on the treatment I was given as a long time loyal customer. However, fate intervened and I located the original vehicle I wanted to buy. Prepared for another round of lies and "car salesman snobbery", I pulled up to Villa Ford and was met by a group of employees who greeted me and bent over backwards to assist me. It was like I was THE most important customer in the world and their mission was to make me happy. Long story, but it resulted in a very happy ending. The product specialist, finance manager and the superior salesman AJ, created a memorable new car buying experience which I will never forget. Although the dealership is 20 plus miles away from my home, it is the ONLY dealership where I intend to do future business. Thank you and well done, Villa Ford! More

Missed one important thing Your mechanics let the entire system down (even the sales department) when they failed for the second time to rotate the tires. Simple thing, now I have to go to my Goodyear dealer to get it done. Guess what, he does interval servicing too. Why not just go there instead in the first place? TELL THEM THIS (the mechanics). If they didn't do that, what else didn't they do? Did they actually do my injector service? Now trust comes into the picture, all over a simple tire rotation.
