Everyone should take lessons from Jane. She is what customer service is all about. Villa Ford is lucky to have her as an employee. TERRIBLE SEVRVICE. Victor, the head of service was COMPLETELY unprofessional, rude, unhelpful, and condescending technician I've had the displeasure of working with. I am a woman who was raised by a mechanic and ACTUALLY pays attention and knows what can go wrong with a car. He REFUSED to return my calls only communicating through text, calling me by my husband's name EVEN AFTER I had corrected him multiple times telling him I was a woman, the wife because my husband was NEVER around cars. He scheduled our recall, we got sick and rescheduled for 2 weeks out. When we has tried till call and confirm, he said I needed to go elsewhere because they were too busy. I told him the car is acting up, he actually told me to wait until my check engine light comes on before he could fix it when i LITERALLY had an appointment. MY CAR IS UNDER WARRANTY and a recall is a recall. He THEN proceeds to fix something else that I did NOT consent to and when he called to tell me he had an appointment for me, didn't fix my recall. My car STILL made the same noise, and now I'm stuck on the side of the road. My family has been loyal villaford people for over 30 years. We have a 1999 F350, all the way down to an escape. I will NEVER bring my car back here. More
Finance guy added an extra that I did not want and he said he would remove it. Once I got home and was able to look at the physical form I notice that he did not remove it and I was charged an extra $3,5 said he would remove it.
