Bee, I looked further into the information that you mentioned in your review. Let me clarify that we mostly use text communication to be more efficient in updating our customers regarding their vehicles. Unfortunately, the system we use defaults the customer’s name that the vehicle is under which is your husband’s name. I do apologize for the confusion. When you brought your vehicle in it was inspected and by Ford’s standards, you needed a turbo to correct the issue. I understand you disagreed and felt this should be handled differently and it would have been if your vehicle had a different issue, but that wasn’t the case. When you spoke to Ford Motor Company their representative agreed we were correcting the issue according to their standards. We follow Ford’s protocol. Okay your finance guy charged me $3,995.00 for the Ford Protect that clearly said I don’t want and once I got time to read contract I see this change for $3,995.00 on it

More fun, now I got a DMV refund as Giovanni the finance guy overcharged me for the DMV fee, also Giovanni told me that I had to make 3 payments on the loan before I could pay off my new car in full. This was not true as I talked to B of A who has the loan on my car any stated that what I was told be Giovanni and Villa Ford was not true and I can pay off the loan balance anytime with no penalties

As far as the statement Gio made to you, please let me clarify. He was stating if you finance your vehicle for a short time then you can establish credit. Oscar why are you trying to insult me? Villa Ford ran my credit, so Giovanni knew that I was in 800-900 range. SO WHY WOUILD I NEED TO ESTABLISH CREDIT??? Giovanni stated that I must make 3 payments, or the Finance Company B of A would take back the 5K in rebates. I called B of A and they said that was not true and I could pay off the full loan on day 1 I will still use Villa Ford all my services as we love the mobile service, and I would buy another car from Villa Ford but I would make sure that I am not getting Giovanni as my Finance person.
