Friendly uneventful experience. Was interested in a maverick but shelving the idea till sanity returns. Had a nice conversation basically explaining mavericks have a 10k markup for an xlt trim. Defeats the purpose of buying a fuel efficient little truck if your gonna have to pay for a lifetimes worth of fuel for it up front. Im sure people are paying but it really doesnt make sense to buy one at these prices. More
Fun experience with in-person test drive and salesperson. It did take a couple hours to purchase the vehicle and go through finance. Just have to say, I have had no problem with the sales department or first level of service techs but Mike Papp, Manager of the Service Dept has to be one of the most incompetent managers I have come acr department or first level of service techs but Mike Papp, Manager of the Service Dept has to be one of the most incompetent managers I have come across. His arrogance is only exceeded by his lack of humility. How he was ever promoted to Manager is beyond me. As a businessman, I listen to my customer's complaints with the philosophy that the customer is always right. He, however, only listens to himself! More
