I still have an issue with my new 4G modem installation. The Technicians could not load the FordPass program so I may link to my iPhone. Apparently, Ford is aware of it and is working on the patch. In the interim, I cannot program my car to charge that's based on location like I was able to; charge now for work and economy charge (off peak hours) at home. Quite inconvenient to have to go into charge settings every time I park. I cannot do many things I was able to do when I bought the car so I'm quite anxious to be kept current on the progress.
