My experience with Billy has been outstanding. I never have to wait to bring my car in and the service is done in a timely manner, usually while I wait. The best Toyota dealer in town, I was looking for long time for a Rav4, I Remembered Billy Chang from Fletcher Jones Chevy and when I heard from a friend he was at Toyota i called him and told him i was time for a Rav4, I Remembered Billy Chang from Fletcher Jones Chevy and when I heard from a friend he was at Toyota i called him and told him i was looking for a used Rav4, he told me he would keep an eye out and a few weeks later he called me and said there a was used rav4 that one of his customers had traded in recently and was in great shape, he personally had checked the car and knew it was a good car, I was impressed Billy remembered me, I went down and bought the car the next day, Gina in sales and Fernando help with the process, everyone very professional,I have very confusing work schedule so I had to come back a couple of times to install lo jack and to sign for extended warranty but everyone was very patient with me. my english is not good, Billy explained to me about the extended warranty and i am happy i have it, i dont think i will need it, because Toyota is a good car. i recomend Fletcher Jones Toyota, and Billy and Gina are best. I work at the Bellagio and i showed pictures of my beutiful Rav4 to friend and I told her about my experience, she went to fletcher jones and bought a brand new corolla. she love her corolla. More

I ARRIVED AT THE FJ TOYOTA/SCION SERVICE DEPARTMENT ON 09-06-11 @ 0800HRS, WITH MY NEWLY PURCHASED FJ TOYOTA 2011 MATRIX A LITTLE DIRTY AFTER THE LABOR DAY HOLIDAY RAIN, AND NO APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED. T 09-06-11 @ 0800HRS, WITH MY NEWLY PURCHASED FJ TOYOTA 2011 MATRIX A LITTLE DIRTY AFTER THE LABOR DAY HOLIDAY RAIN, AND NO APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED. THE SERVICE STAFF WAS ABSOLUTELY BOGGED DOWN WITH VEHICLES SCHEDULED FOR SERVICE. MR. GRAY ASKED ME WHAT I NEEDED, I TOLD HIM MY NEW VEHICLE WAS DIRTY AND NEEDED A WASH. HE, WITHOUT QUESTION JUMPED RIGHT IN AND MOVED MY VEHICLE TO THE BACKLOT AREA FOR WASHING. THIS HAPPENED RAPIDLY. WITHIN A MATTER OF TIME, MY NEW VEHICLE WAS WASHED AND READY @ THE SERVICE PICKUP/RELEASE AREA, JUST LIKE THAT. MR. RICKY GRAY HAS ALWAYS GONE OUT OF HIS WAY TO ASSIST MYSELF & OTHER CUSTOMERS, SINCE I PURCHASED MY 2008 SCION XB, ACROSS THE STREET AT THE "OLD" FJ TOYOTA PROPERTY LOT FROM THE CURRENT FJ TOYOTA "NEW HOUSE" LOT. I AM VERY HAPPY TO KNOW THAT FLETCHER JONES TOYOTA HAS A TERRIFIC SERVICE/PARTS DEPARTMENT MANAGER ON DUTY, CONSTANTLY MAKING SURE THAT I GET TREATED FAIRLY AND MY VEHICLE GETS SERVICED ON TIME. Not my first rodeo, I bought the car from FJ 18 months ago, and have been taking it to them for regular oil changes and scheduled maintenance ever since. If I forget, then I get a great reminder. And if I have an issue with the car, I can call and ask what I need to do and get a prompt, informed answer.....no guess work. It's the best experience I've had with car ownership yet.....and I've had a few. Highly recommend this dealership and Billy. More

We were on a 4 week 5000 mile vacation and the 4Runner needed scheduled maintenance to keep the service agreement up to date. I called on Saturday afternoon to schedule service Monday morning. We were only planning one night in Vegas and needed to get away by mid day to get to Grand Canyon. Arrived at dealership as scheduled and met immediately by a service rep. Then sat down with Robert as he tried to get in contact with our service agreement company. This took some time but Robert was determined to make it work. I had discussed on the road service with my dealer before and they said if I had to pay for it they would work to get it reimbursed. Robert said he would get it to work like it is supposed to and there would be no cost out of my pocket. Well he did after several calls. After that we went to Fletcher Jones waiting area and WOW! What a nice place. They even have a small cafe there. If we are ever in need of service while in the Vegas area, this will be the go to dealer. Ron Denison, Texas More
