I have been a Toyota owner for the past 20 years and I bought my present Toyota Solara from Fletcher Jones Toyota, Las Vegas in 2006. Even though my experience with Fletcher Jones from the purchase UPTO n bought my present Toyota Solara from Fletcher Jones Toyota, Las Vegas in 2006. Even though my experience with Fletcher Jones from the purchase UPTO now has been far from pleasant, I continued to patronize Fletcher Jones because of the convenience of it's proximity to my place of employment. Today will be the very last time I would patronize this establishment and this will be the last Toyota I would own. Complaining to Customer Service has been a waste of time because all they do is come up with excuses for their lack of professionalism, honesty, and intergity, or avoid giving an answer altogether. I for one will make sure, moving forward that I would spread the word about Fletcher Jones very loudly through all avenues available to me, whether it be soclal media or word of mouth, to ensure that none of my friends or associates would have to experience it. More
My wife and I own 3 Toyota vehicles. I made a reservation for my wife's Highlander for an oil change with a Fletcher Jones complimentary coupon. It took approximately 3 1/2 hours for an oil change and window for my wife's Highlander for an oil change with a Fletcher Jones complimentary coupon. It took approximately 3 1/2 hours for an oil change and window repair which in reality, it was not necessary. However, 3 1/2 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. More
Great sales team, very friendly and helpful. However, the service department needs to re-train in customer service, they were rude, acted put upon, and greatly frustrated me. Even though I made an appointment for 10am, I was told there were a LOT of people ahead of me and it would take 1.5 hours. 2.5 hours later after chasing down my "service manager" and asked how much longer it would be, he stated it was ready and was looking for my paperwork. He finds it quickly and hands it to me to pass off to the valet, The valet says its in line for the car wash and it would be "a while" 30 minutes later the car arrives almost as dirty as it was when I dropped it off, bugs on the windows and bumper, the inside untouched. For the second time I am frustrated and disappointed with thier service. Thankfully i found out that I can take my car to another dealer and still be covered by toyota care. I will not go back to fletcher jones for service. More
After a disappointing visit to Findlay Toyota I called Fletcher Jones Toyota. I'd had a good experience with Fletcher Jones doing body work on my 2006 Toyota Prius after an accident. I had a date expired prepaid service coupon for my 55,000 mile service on my Prius, which was an oil change and rotating tires. I didn't need that because I'd just had it done at Costco. I called Fletcher Jones to see if they would give me a discount given my prepaid coupon. I spoke to Andrea Ruggles and after she checked with the service manager, told me that they would do the work for half price, around $25. I made an appointment, went in and was greeted by Andrea and introduced to the service advisor who would be helping me. At Findlay Toyota, they overfilled my oil 80% of the time, so I mentioned that to the service advisor who assured me that they would not overfill it. The dealership is pleasant and my car was done in an hour. It had been washed and when I checked, the oil had not been overfilled. Fletcher Jones has a new customer. I will never go back to Findlay. Is there anything worse than having car trouble when you are traveling? I was in Las Vegas for vacation this past week and while there my truck began to make a noise I hadn't heard. Needless to say I was stressed not knowing the area so I look online for a Toyota dealership and found Fletcher Jones. I chose this one based on other reviews and it wasn't far from where I was staying so that was a plus. Scott Gafforini met me at my truck the second I pulled into the bay and diagnosed the noise before I turned off the igniton. I had no appt. and he assured me they could get me fixed and out the door the same day. I cannot tell you the relief I felt, from that moment on I knew I was in good hands. True to his word he had it fixed before days end and I was back on the road enjoying my vacation. I even found out some things about my truck the dealer I bought it from didn't tell me. It was a great experience and I can't thank you enough for the service I received, my stress was immediately relieved. If I lived in the area I wouldn't go anywhere else. We stopped bringing our Lexus to the local dealership, and instead have been bringing it to Fletcher-Jones Toyota. It's a much longer drive for us (over 20 miles), but there's one reason we do it: Chad J and instead have been bringing it to Fletcher-Jones Toyota. It's a much longer drive for us (over 20 miles), but there's one reason we do it: Chad Julius. He is the most friendly, laid-back guy to work with, and he always carefully explains what needs to be done and why. We've been bringing Toyotas to him for years, and when he said Fletcher-Jones would begin acceping the Lexus, we jumped at the chance. (The Lexus dealership is all about pomp and circumstance, but it's all show and no substance.) The rest of the Fletcher-Jones team is likewise great to work with, and the maintenance staff is always willing to go the extra mile to repair things like untoward rattles that are hard to find. They're happy to ride with us to find what we're talking about. Chad and his "partners in crime" at Fletcher Jones bring in business, pure and simple. This was a very expensive service call (90,000 miles), but even that felt painless (kind of) thanks to the way we were treated. And I'm fairly certain it was less expensive than Lexus would have been ... without the overlay of trying to make you feel important when you get the feeling, deep down, the Lexus dealership thinks all Lexus owners are pompous idiots. I have been a customer of Fletcher Jones Toyota for 12+ years for auto purchases, leases and services. Over the years I have come to trust the service department to tell me only what I need, and not overs years for auto purchases, leases and services. The new facility is a great place to spend the morning and do some work or read the paper while I wait for my car. Routine services are quick and the price is right. I also feel they know my car (my 2000 Avalon) better than anyone else. More

The keys were dropped in the night slot and the following morning bright and early, 7:00am, Mike called to asked what had occurred. I explained what happened and by 8:30 i had received a call back explaining what needed to be fixed. The part (alternator)was stock, gave me the quote and said he would call when it was done. I got a call at 1:00 that the repair was done. Yippee... Being from out of town and having your vehicle break down can ruin your vacation,but not this time. Everybody at Fletcher Jones Toyota was GREAT from Mike to the Cashier. More
I regularly service my vehicle at Fletcher Jones. The shuttle service is prompt, full-service free coffee bar and car wash are much appreciated added bonuses. For me the convenience of the shuttle is key, not only do they get me to work on time, they call ahead to ensure my pick up time works for me. They never try to push products or services. My next car will definitely be a Toyota, not only because they are the most reliable but because I want to continue with the professional staff at Fletcher Jones. More
