Good Evening, I am the Customer Relations Manager and I would like to apologize that you were not informed that our carwash is being replaced and that you would not be receiving the courtesy carwash that we would normally perform once the vehicle was done with its maintenance. We do have signs posted but the Advisor should've let you know this upfront. If you see our Facebook page we have posted pictures of the construction being done on our carwash. We are replacing the wash since we had received some feedback regarding the vehicles not coming out as clean and wanted to insure customer satisfaction. The new carwash will be completed by next week (4/25/16). Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any other concerns as we do greatly appreciate the feedback as it is one of the ways we can improve.
