Arrived on time for my appointment at 7:00 am, greeted right away. Met with my service technician, he already knew my car was due for its 60,000 mile service. Ask if I had anything else I wanted checked, I ask to have my breaks checked. He kept me informed about the progress of my service. Let me know my break had plenty of pad remaining. Finished the service and had me on my way home by 9:00 am. Great waiting area with friendly staff, fresh donuts and coffee. Excellent experience. More

Darlene was not very communicative at all very cut and dry. Didn’t explain much. Went in for oil change and rotate the tires and only got the oil changed. They thought I had locking lug nuts but it's a 19mm socket. Nobody thought to call me and ask. Very disappointed.
