I had my vehicle serviced at David Taylor Ellisville because they were the only Jeep dealership in the area that didn’t have a month long wait to get into the shop. My car had a lot of issues but Tony ( because they were the only Jeep dealership in the area that didn’t have a month long wait to get into the shop. My car had a lot of issues but Tony (in service) kept me up to speed the entire time. The majority of the time that my vehicle was in the shop it was due to the dealer waiting on the manufacturer to approve the plethora of warrant work. Tony gave me periodic updates and even offered for me to drive my vehicle while they waited for approval and parts if I needed to. If you want your vehicle fixed and want to be kept in the loop as opposed to having to reach out to the dealership yourself, I recommend this dealership. Do yourself a favor and ask for Tony. More
