Took my 2020 Jeep into this service facility because my typical repair shop was 2+ weeks out for an appointment. David Taylor could get me in within 2 days. I had a negative experience the first time to to typical repair shop was 2+ weeks out for an appointment. David Taylor could get me in within 2 days. I had a negative experience the first time to took my Jeep here but figured i would give them another shot. Brought it in Wednesday for a Thursday appointment. Appointment was at 1:00 Thursday. No call Thursday. No call Friday. No call Monday. No call Tuesday. No call Wednesday. I call and am told it has a bad deal. It’s under warranty but they’re waiting on the part. Hopefully will come on Thursday and should be able to pickup Friday. I said ok, asked about 2nd issue that I brought it in for (steering). Couldn’t look at it until seal is fixed. Can drive because if seal issue. Thursday no call. Friday no call. Monday I get a call saying it’s done and ready to be picked up. I again asked about steering issue. Nothing. Then was told they’d have someone look at it. Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and Friday I get no calls. I call on Friday and was told that the steering gear is bad and they’ve ordered the part last Tuesday. Said it like I already knew. I had heard nothing. So I asked about timing… probably Monday, Tuesday at the latest. Part finally came in and Jeep dead ready Thursday around 3:30. I picked up Friday. 3 weeks after brining it in. No apologies. Lost my paperwork and keys further delaying me leaving. Never once offered me a loaner. I asked multiple times to mo avail. I understand parts can take time but the lack of communication from this place just cost them my future business. More

Had an oil change and a recall performed on my Jeep last Monday. Dropped of the vehicle at 7:30 and was told that my advisor will contact me upon the completion of service. Called myself at around noon. Got Monday. Dropped of the vehicle at 7:30 and was told that my advisor will contact me upon the completion of service. Called myself at around noon. Got no answer about the progress on my car but was told that the advisor got notified to call me. I had to call back at 2:30 to inquire on the progress again since my advisor didn’t call me. This time the person answering the call went and checked on the progress herself and informed me that my jeep is ready. I checked the paperwork and it said the job was completed at 12:15. Wasted 2 hours of my day! More

There is no ETA on how long it is going to take to fix my car, and i am left on my own to find a transportation in the meanwhile. More
