Took my truck twice in the last 30 days to fix the fuel injection, spent almost $1K and problem not solved. Very poor job troubleshooting and am not planning to take my vehicle anymore, even for an oil cha injection, spent almost $1K and problem not solved. Nothing against Mike Wilson but when my husband got there on Thursday to pick up our vehicle the employee that was on duty kept talking to someone else as though he didn’t see my husband. Then my husband fi on Thursday to pick up our vehicle the employee that was on duty kept talking to someone else as though he didn’t see my husband. Then my husband finds out that they can’t find the paperwork nor the key to the vehicle; so I had to pick him up. On Friday I left work on my lunch break so that I could pickup the replacement key and have the other 2 keys reprogrammed. I didn’t make it back to work needless to say. The service was not what I expected and I will never return. More

The customer service is lacking. I stood in the bay waiting to be helped for over 12 minutes and I was the only customer standing in there. There were 3 or 4 people at computers work I stood in the bay waiting to be helped for over 12 minutes and I was the only customer standing in there. There were 3 or 4 people at computers working and no one would acknowledge me or ask how they could help. I attempted a couple times to get someone to assist and I was just told someone would get with me. Finally 1 of the guys who blew me off asked me if I needed anything and when I told him no one had helped me yet he acted surprised and then helped me. I liked the technology and recommendations for service but the specifics were lacking as to reasoning for those recommendations. When I called I was told it was not leaking, but when I picked up I was told it was leaking. It just wasn't a clear description. My final thought was the lady who originally said she was going to give me a quote and set me up an appointment, never called me back after a week. I called back a second time with the same request for the appt and she finally called me back, quoted me and set up the appt. Almost lost me as a customer purely for not calling back for an appt when she stated she would. Vehicle seems to be running well so I'm appreciative of the service but the quote and final price of course didn't match either. I would prob only come back if I had too otherwise I'll stick to other shops. More
