Easy to schedule, although a long waiting , over a week. Got vehicle in on time. Wendy was real pleasant, She seemed knowledgeable. Vehicle was finished by end of day. Let me start by saying that overall, I’m happy with my purchase. Kreg was cordial and did whatever he could do within his span of control; however, the dealership’s system of pricing is a little weird. purchase. After driving an hour to the dealership, I made an offer and they countered, but we were too far off. A day later the Internet Price drops under what they had just countered me, so I contacted Kreg and tried again but got the same response, finance manager was unwilling to budge due to the recent price drop. Five days later the Internet Price dropped again for the second time in a well to within a couple hundred dollars of my very first offer. In the end the deal was made and I’m happy with my purchase, but their Internet Pricing system is completely goofy and wasted both mine and Kreg’s time. I’d recommend Kreg, he seemed like a good dude that cared about getting me in my new vehicle. More

I called the next day, for service on the vehicle of course over the phone without checking they assumed it was a small repair. Well after sitting at the dealership for 4 hours missing a half day's work I was told they couldn't fix the brakes the parts they tried to force in place did not work. i was told to bring it back the next day they would have the parts. I return the next day to then again wait 3 hours only to be told that they didn't have the correct parts again. But this time they would order the new and correct brake pads. I was given a temporary vehicle for 5 days over the weekend. On Monday I received a call from the service department that everything was fixed no worries. I asked how long would the brakes last 30-40k miles. The service manager said I would not need to replace the brakes until it reaches 100k miles. Well, the car's brakes didn't last 24 hours 4 blocks from my home the left rear brake exploded. Metal to metal is the only thing left on the left rear brakes, again it was in for service on the right rear brakes, not the left I was told they come as set both were brand new. I have been on the phone all morning trying to speak with a supervisor, but no return call. I now have to miss work for the 3rd time. This has been a nightmare, The sales team Crystal was a rock star helping with the purchase of the vehicle. I'm now at the point that I have hired an attorney, due to the fact if i was on the freeway I would have crashed, this is not good customer service. More
