I was very disappointed with the service I received on my last visit. I was told I could bring my car to be serviced however upon arrival technician was upset that the scheduler told me I could bring my vehicle in for service and said all the technicians would be going to lunch. He then called parts department and advised that the parts were not available and would be on back order for several weeks. I advised the technician that we had called a few days earlier to confirm parts were available and played audio recording left by another technician. I asked to speak with the Service Manager who confirmed that the part were available to perform required maintenance.Very. Disappointed with quality of customer service and lack of integrity of technician. More
