Kreg listened to my needs, described how the vehicle would perform to meet those needs, gave me excellent and descriptive detail regarding the vehicle history, and was able to help me meet my budgetary needs as well. Even after we had agreed on a deal, Kreg kept working to make it even better! He made sure the vehicle was pristine, advised me on accessories I was considering, and even got me a wonderful deal on getting the wheels polished up to good-as-new luster. He even personally changed the air filter for me so that I knew it was brand new, wow! Buying a vehicle, new or used, is a major purchase, and I need to be assured that I am getting all of the items I need in that vehicle, that it is safe and well cared for, and that it will provide me the best value for my dollar. So many sales people have limited knowledge and even less patience, and want to push you into a vehicle and get you out the door, but Kreg was very different, and his teammates at the dealership were very helpful and kind as well (thank you Thad!). No pushy sales-y attitude, just friendly, knowledgable, advisory service, with patience and care. I had a wonderful experience and felt as though my money was well spent and that my business was highly valued.
