This is the first new vehicle that I ever bought where it would take a dealer more than 2 days to dealer prep a car. I will say that the employees on duty did step up and prep the Jeep in 3 hours so I wouldn would take a dealer more than 2 days to dealer prep a car. I noticed some discoloration around the rear defrost and wanted it looked at while the dealer performed other maintenance. It looks as though the defroster is overheating during use and is producing this bu wanted it looked at while the dealer performed other maintenance. It looks as though the defroster is overheating during use and is producing this burnt-ish type color. The tech checked to see that the defrost was working as it should but did not address the discoloration or possible over-heating. It was explained that it could be because of moisture in Jeeps that may cause this. That didn't seem like a plausible answer so when I explored online after, I found that this has happened to many Jeeps and I would need to probably contact JeepCares as the dealer wouldn't address. It would seem if I can do a quick search that a tech, even if they weren't aware, could do the same search and address the issue properly. More
The process of looking and buying the car was fine. After the fact of taking the car home and realizing the Speedometer does not work. Contacted you guys, while being within my warranty to fix it.
