Was told we would not have a warranty in the future because the plastics connectors were replaced with a better piece. Also were told we did not use the cargo space correctly because we dragged cargo because the plastics connectors were replaced with a better piece. Also were told we did not use the cargo space correctly because we dragged cargo over the carpet. This does not appear to be a good explanation on your part. If the Pacfica was designed for cargo (with plastic anchors) how could loading and unloading cargo void our warranty? Was this a design flaw or is the warranty still valid? More
