I called that day and asked for a member of management to call me and never heard from anyone. Furthermore, after I stated in text that your sales representative was NOT to contact me again, he sent a final message telling me to “have a blessed day.” It shouldn’t matter what credit a customer has, they still deserve SOME measure of courtesy, follow thru, and RESPECT! Our phone number is on file. A member of management has YET to reach out except to respond here.
