Horrible communication! If we didn’t call you, we would never get update on vehicle. Driving off the lot with supposedly fixed vehicle after you had it for a month only to h If we didn’t call you, we would never get update on vehicle. Driving off the lot with supposedly fixed vehicle after you had it for a month only to have it break down 5 miles down the road totally unacceptable. Then told there were two cars ahead of ours that had to be fixed before they could look at ours again??? No, that’s just wrong. The part that was fixed is an issue Chrysler has with many of the their vehicles. There should be a recall on it. Seeing that the vehicle just stops while driving, I would think Chrysler would be very concerned by this issue. The service manager was very nice, apologized, and explained the situation. I do understand short staffing and parts delay. The part that infuriates & worries me the most is that the issue our vehicle has could not be promised that it won’t happen again! Needless to say, I hope Chrysler fixes this issue before lives are lost. Thankfully everytime it happened with us we were on rural road, not the interstates!! It’s just xxxx scary as we have taken a couple road trips with our grandkids. I certainly don’t want anyone loosing their job, I just want Chrysler to do theirs!! More
