This man walked into the showroom floor pointed at me and then pointed to his office. As a black man…. Please know that there is serious emphasis on the word MAN! I felt belittled and very very disrespected. I don’t care if he thought he was being cool, he was rude and blatantly disrespectful. I was told I was waiting hours for the car to be washed and detailed. When I received the car the first thing I noticed was the dust on the dashboard. I could’ve found a way to pick the truck up if it wasn’t being cleaned all that time.
