We used David Taylors Jeep in Belleville for 3 of our fleet’s recalls. The first recall I worked with Ronnie and it’s was 10/10 in and out issues fix . The problems started when I worked with Lynn from t fleet’s recalls. The first recall I worked with Ronnie and it’s was 10/10 in and out issues fix . The problems started when I worked with Lynn from the first time we met she had an attitude and it seemed as if she did not want to be there. The other two vehicles required parts to be ordered for in order to be repaired. we got the call the about a week late that both parts came in for the two vehicles and we took the time to bring both vehicles ( 4 trips in total 60 miles round trip each not to mention another vehicle to get a ride back ) they told us they had ordered the wrong part for the 3rd vehicle, and the attitude we received was as if we did something wrong and it was our fault we had to wait a week for another part to come in. I actually had to contact my higher up’s to reach out and only then did Lynn decided to treat me with some type of respect. THEN… not done yet We waited A WEEK for the dealer to let us know when the last part came in and when we had called to ask for an update they told us we had to bring the vehicle in AGAIN so they could order the part. Why wait a whole week to tell us? SMH DO NOT BRING YOUR PERSONAL VEHICLE HERE OTHER REVIEWS SAY THE SAME THING ABOUT THEM NEGLECTING CUSTOMERS WITH RECALLED VEHICLES. Almost 2 months the last truck was out of commission due to this dealerships’ and its service advisors’ negligence. More
Problem solved after my 3rd visit; however immediately upon pickup of my vehicle I noticed a new problem. A loud vibrating noise when I placed the vehicle in reverse. Bottom line this means more time and upon pickup of my vehicle I noticed a new problem. A loud vibrating noise when I placed the vehicle in reverse. Bottom line this means more time and effort in making arrangements to get my vehicle to the dealership for repairs. Not to mention not having use of my vehicle again. More
Got my truck in and out in three days for the recall. My tank was hanging they fixed not only what was broke but replaced rear side as well as both tank straps. I like their professional support. I felt low balled on my trade in. Even though it had minor front damage. I asked about a pair of prescription glasses I left in the trade in the very next day,; which was the 28th of December. Know one has got back with me about that either. Have not received copy of paperwork I signed at the dealership I'm I suppose to get copies? Just wandering about these few things Thanks Melanise Fowler. More
