My name is Vickie Rawlinsand I have tried to keep this out of court and tried the mediation with the Attorney Generals office but both times your employees lie and show bogus figures to prove me wrong, I was sold a jeep renegade  and the agreed upon  price was 25,899.    T I L A  paper showed  31,946.When asked about the price shown I was told thats the price before the 4750 RebateI left there and got home to do my own math and immediately called them  and they still insisted I was not reading the contract correctly but was told they would fix it and to call back the following week,and still here we are I'm tired of the game. Here is what they did... look at your own files I altered nothing. For one,they added 3099.00 in addons i did not ask for but that was refunded already so these figures will be removed at the end of this . the loan  was for 24,405. They put the balance of my trade in 5300.00 and 4750 rebateas a down pmt of 10,050 do the math,34,455 far cry from 25,899. They did refund 3099.00 add ons they slipped in so now we are at $31,356  excludes interestBut your employees are telling the attorney general a different scenario where they  show the 4750 Rebate coming off the price of the jeep  off the 31,946 .can only use a REBATE as a down pmt in my case it cant be used for the down pmt and the discount.  Have them show you how 25,899 will come from this  24,405  loan w/no interest added 10,050 down pmt  = rebate  4750 and trade 5300.00   (reduces the loan not the cash price of the jeep) -----------------------------  34,455.00  - 3,099.00   add ons removed/refunded  ----------------------------  31,356.00 what i was really charged for the 25,899 jeep. I want a check mailed to me in my name for  $ 5,457.00 or I will file this claim in court.Im not asking for anything im not owed.They overcharged me and they want to keep it from me. I will also ask the judge to award me the 5% tax to be added, compounded daily,,so it will cost you court costs too. these numbers dont lie like the salesman does. I also have a recorded conversation discussing these exact figures that the judge will be listening to. More
