Rude and rude First off when i showed up i was ask if i had an appointment. I did not because the vehicle just messed up on my way home that night/morning. (0100-05 First off when i showed up i was ask if i had an appointment. I did not because the vehicle just messed up on my way home that night/morning. (0100-0500). I got home and took a nap and woke up and brought the vehicle in. I was told i needed to start making appointments. Well that would be ok if I could see in the future and know when my vehicle would mess up. Then I was told it would take a week to get it in. I said i don’t have a week to leave my vehicle. So then i was told, “i meant we will look at it next week”. (I brought it in on a Friday morning). Next i was ask what was wrong with the vehicle. I told the lady (patty) i had 2 alerts that said stabil track and traction control needed serviced. I also told her that the vehicle had went into “reduced power mode” and she instantly said , “no those alerts wouldn’t make the vehicle do that”. Well yes i drove from Texas to Oklahoma not being able to go over 3k rpm so it xxxx well did. It’s frustrating to have a problem with your vehicle but then to have someone treat you like your lying to bring in your truck is aggravating. Next she said it would be 95$ just to look at it, I said it was under warranty. She ask me how many miles, i told her and then she said, “yes it’s under warranty unless it’s broke” — what does that even mean? Of course it’s broke or I wouldn’t be here. My wife buy all her Tahoe’s from you guys but after this I’m going to persuade her to look elsewhere More
