Brakes Dropped off my Tahoe to have the ac and brakes worked on. The ac was fixed, however the brakes were not. They were under recall and when they were “recalibrated” I’m assuming nobody test drove my car to make sure it was working properly. They watched us load in our 3 kids and drive off. The brakes were not fixed and actually went out when we were on the highway trying to stop. If I was driving we 100% would have rear ended the car in front of us but luckily my husband was able to safely bring us to a rolling stop as he veered off the highway. When we called the dealership back to let them know we almost crashed they said “oh sorry, sometimes the pumps go out as well.” Because nobody was hurt, I believe they are downplaying the severity of this problem and the issue we had. Not a single person apologizing for what happened. I hope this doesn’t have to happen to anyone else with their kids in the car. Even worse, have a car accident and be killed. Probably the scariest thing we have had happen to us. More

Very good I was a customer of Stanley ford in mwc . They sold the dealership and informed me I needed to now take my truck to Stanley Chevrolet . When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by Jeff Wilson . Mr Wilson was beyond Courteous ! Know long I was displaced by the ford dealership, he gave me a run down of how it all worked there and quick tour of the parts department and customer lounge . They were very prompt and informative.. very impressed !!! More
