Honest but expensive **I WOULD RECOMMEND IF YOU HAVE A WARRANTY** When it comes down to it, and your vehicle does not have a warranty on it, you end up spending a lot of m **I WOULD RECOMMEND IF YOU HAVE A WARRANTY** When it comes down to it, and your vehicle does not have a warranty on it, you end up spending a lot of money on it in order to get it fixed. It was an honest service..to an extent. When I looked at the itemized report it had them replacing the thermostat which had been replaced about a year ago and was still working just fine. It is very hard to justify when the parts cost $981 total and the labor cost is $1181 by itself. My advice to anyone who reads this is going to a mom and pop shop or doing it yourself. I could have gotten all the parts requested for $500 minus the thermostat and done the work myself. Most mom and pop places won't even charge you for a diagnostics fee. When this place charge $95. Case in point, unless you have a warranty.. just go somewhere else. More

Maintenance was slow I dropped my vehicle off tuesday last week and this monday i was called back after they had finally completed the inspection (after i had told them ex I dropped my vehicle off tuesday last week and this monday i was called back after they had finally completed the inspection (after i had told them exactly what i wanted done) then the job was not completed until friday evening this week. I was also not informed that a tech had broken one of my wheel studs until i arrived after being told the car was completed so I'm now going to have to pull my front hub apart and install a new wheel stud. Waste of time I got there at 11:50 my appointment was at 12:15. It wasn’t til 3:30 that I went to go ask what’s taking so long , they said they haven’t even started I got there at 11:50 my appointment was at 12:15.
