I set up an appointment to have my car looked at and when I arrived Ms. Patricia let me know that it didn't work that way. She said that I would have had to leave my car. I informed her that I was a single mother and had no way to get to work or to get my daughter to daycare. She instructed me to put coolant in my car and assessed that I may have had a broken water pump. She told me that the next available loner car would not be until the 26th. So she had me scheduled and told me that they would call me if there was someone that cancelled. About a week later I called to check just in case there was a someone that cancelled their appointment and there was. I informed the person that answered the service line that someone said they would call me and they didn't and I'm glad I called myself instead. On the 24th I went to drop off my car and was able to put my daughter's car seat in the exit garage and the nice gentleman even went back to get my car because I forgot to get my baby's mirror so I could see her. I got all the way to Moore in the 2020 Malibu and the check engine light came on. I even put a little gas in the car even though they said I didn't have to. When I arrived back at the dealership I was switched quickly to the 2020 Blazer. As before, I was able to put my daughter's car seat in the exit garage and someone help my baby as I did so. I was grateful for that. 6 days later I was called and my car was ready. I went there and paid and they parked the Blazer outside and my car outside as well. It was very cold that day. So I wondered why I couldn't put my daughter's car seat in inside the exit garage. When I mentioned it to the lady who was quickly removing my stuff out of the Blazer without my permission, she said that she could take by daughter in the garage while I put her car seat in. I said no thank you. As a mother I do not let my kid out of my sight especially if I do not know the people. The customer service was great when I arrived on the 24th but it was not very good 6 days later on the 30th. I appreciate the people that fixed my car but I really think that people need to be mindful of all single parents. I paid money just like everyone else. More
Good Prices, Communication Issues My most recent visit to this service center was less than ideal. There may have been a management change or process change, because this was the worst trip yet. Was the service performed correctly? Yes. Was the service timely? No. Not only was I not given an ETA on completion but the entire place was cleared out and I was sitting alone for about an hour. I understand other customers needed service, but it is very unprofessional if I have an appointment, make it, and if my vehicle will not be serviced until much later then tell me. I was under the impression from the get-go that it would be an hour, like normal. Two and a half hours later it is done. I don't mind if it takes time but give me updates. Service has started to go down the drain here. More
