Good service. I did request my tire to be checked for a leak. They didn’t have it on the notes the service person said yeah it’s a slow leak. That since it was plu I did request my tire to be checked for a leak. They didn’t have it on the notes the service person said yeah it’s a slow leak. That since it was plugged already I’d need another tire. That wasn’t in stock. I said ok I’d go to the tire shop he said the way they were rotated was front to back. Went to tire shop they checked the wrong tire because they were actually rotated front driver to rear passenger not as he said that the front driver went to back driver side. Tire shop once we found the correct tire there was no leak. Besides that everything else was fine. More

Would have liked a more detailed quote of cost to expect. Also, it would be a great touch if the service department vacuum at least the drivers side and maybe wash the windshield. A dealership I used before would offer a bottle of water, run the car through a car wash and vacuum the front driver side floor. They also had someone pull the car around for you, rather than the person having to walk out to the parking lot and click her lock to find it. These are all just ways of providing excellent service in a over saturated competitive market. Small touches that show you value the customer. It would make the $500 bill go down a lot easier. More
