I made an appointment on Tuesday for Friday because of a check engine light referencing the turbo and reduced engine power. When I brought it in Friday, I was told, "You know this appointment is really for check engine light referencing the turbo and reduced engine power. When I brought it in Friday, I was told, "You know this appointment is really for Monday, right?" That should have been my first red flag. However, the truck needed attention, so be it. Monday comes and goes with no word from David Stanley. I finally call for an update and they tell me the truck needs a new particulate filter and a regen. That bill was $1200. I approved the work and picked it up next day. I drive about three miles to my house, and the check engine light comes on again. David Stanley calls to tell me they charged my card wrong and need more money. This is Tuesday, the week after I made the initial appointment. I tell them about the truck light and they are very accommodating about bringing it back in. I brought it back Thursday afternoon. I hear nothing from David Stanley and again call them for an update Monday afternoon. I'm told they think it's ready. It's had another regen and the check engine light has not come back on. I'm told they will call me back shortly and I should be able to pick it up. No call arrives. I receive a text update the next morning, today, saying that the issue is a clogged catalytic converter and they will need another $3000+ for that work. I have lost confidence in David Stanley. They displayed poor customer service, poor financial responsiblilty, appointment handling, and mechanical incompetence. I declined the additional work and will take my vehicle somewhere more professional. More

Dealership is very professional. They had ordered a part for my truck but since I work out of town and I am gone for months at a time when the part came in I wasn’t in town and didn’ They had ordered a part for my truck but since I work out of town and I am gone for months at a time when the part came in I wasn’t in town and didn’t receive the phone call or the letter until it was too late and they already sent the part back. The truck runs fine it just makes a noise. I guess I don’t really need the part, the noise is just annoying. It does not affect the way the truck runs. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. Overall I’ve had a pretty good experience both times. More
