It took TOO Long!!! I made an appointment for 2 pm and arrived and was checked in by 1:50 pm for a 6000 mile oil and filter change. I was checked out at 3:55 pm with abs I made an appointment for 2 pm and arrived and was checked in by 1:50 pm for a 6000 mile oil and filter change. I was checked out at 3:55 pm with absolutely no explanation of why it was taking so long. When I went to find my service advisor at 3:40 pm to ask what was taking so long, she was at her desk on her cell phone and simply assured me over her shoulder that "they were finishing up on my car now." Very disappointing. More
