Bad service Went in for oil change and tire rotation the oil change went well but two tires had little tread one had a big gouge in it even though it had some tre Went in for oil change and tire rotation the oil change went well but two tires had little tread one had a big gouge in it even though it had some tread left on it they wouldn't replace them I Have the tires for life Anyway I think they should have told me about them during service and I called back to talk to the service advisor about it so l came back out so he could look at them and they said one was like 4/32 the other one was bare on one side and some tread on the other with a goug in it he wouldn't replace them I feel they should have went in to a tire shop the next day they said one of them was about to blow I bought two new tires from them I will not be going back. More

(According to my truck) I make an appointment. Go to print the voucher to find out it's expired. So I call to find out if there is something they can do to honor the voucher. Even talked to the service manager. I explained that I had just received a oil change when they gave me the voucher and that my truck was just now ready for oil change. Also let her know that I've bought 2 new vehicles in the last 4 years. Isn't there anything you can do. She said no sorry, have a blessed day. Anyway I should have paid attention to the expiration date. But with that being said. I also feel like as a manager Nicole could of done something. I'll make my next purchase from another Dealership. Thanks for your hospitality David Stanley.. all the interactions my wife and I have had with David Stanley Chevrolet have proved the employees do not understand the number one rule of sales of a product and service is to provide excellent customer service in order to earn future business from their customers. I cannot in good conscience recommend David Stanley Chevrolet to anyone.just wanted to add that everyone that works there is nice and polite. But as a service manager I feel Nicole could of done more. Even if she offered a10% discount. That to me would of been a attempt at customer satisfaction. horrible, inept service department I purchased my vehicle new from David Stanley. It is the 2017 Silverado Black Widow edition. The service center is unable to fix the issues I am havin I purchased my vehicle new from David Stanley. It is the 2017 Silverado Black Widow edition. The service center is unable to fix the issues I am having with the vehicle as it is 'SCA'(South Comfort Accessory) problem and not Chevys. So my vehicle still flashes random lights and bells while I drive and I have no interior floor board lights, as the service department at David Stanley disconnected them, stating they were part of the problem. Tires for life scam. Bought a truck in 2013 was told we would have tires for life. Took truck in to have recalls and oil changes, and tire rotations at I 240 when they had time. There was several times they said it would be 6 weeks before they would have a loaner. So rather than wait 6 weeks I would take it too another dealer to have these done. My thought I'm taking care of the vehicle. Wrong, I was told recently when it came time for tires to be replaced they backed out because they didn't get to do all the service on vehicle. Funny thing was the truck was in their shop to fix several recalls, oil change, and tires if honored. They did one recall, ordered a part for another recall, and called said truck wad ready. Go to window with advisor and he's telling me what all they did, I stopped him and ask so you didn't change the oil, he said no, I said why. He says I'm not sure why, he gets the serviette manager over there and I preceded to ask him why are you denying me for the tires when you can't even do what your supposed to do in the first place. He goes well ill do this, we can go 50/50 on the tires today to get you back on track with the program, and do an oil change. I said no you should have all ready done the oil change, and honored the tires program. Needless to say I left the dealership with utter regret of ever doing business with them. I've recently seen a commercial for David Stanley talking about No Hassle No Pain!! Actually there is Hassle And Pain. $630.00 out of pocket for unexpected expenses. That's a huge hassle and pain. Word to whoever reads this, don't go here to buy a vehicle, find another dealer. More

Slippery as eels I bought a car and truck from them in 2014. Truck began having issues with less than 6k on it and they encouraged me to take it to another dealer whil I bought a car and truck from them in 2014. Now they don't want to honor the tires for life on the car because I had oil changes elsewhere. I live 5 hours away and i have waited anywhere from an hour to 4 hours for an oil change. All I can say is buyer beware!! Force them to honor there advertised deals and finance elsewhere. Make them choke on their own scams More

Isreaql Sheppard was very knowledgeable about everything that is happening at the David Stanley dealership. Isreal answered all of my questions or found out the answers for me. I would give him a five star rating for the service he gave me. The next day he came out to my car and worked with me in getting my Bluetooth system working. he was very courteous and a real gentleman. I came in for service on my existing car and left with a new car. More
