After speaking with the service manager I have decided that I may have been to quick to judge. They have restored my confidence in their service department and their professional approach to their business. I will continue to bring my truck here now and in the future Thank you for your undivided attention to my concerns and dealing with them in an appropriate and professional manner. Most importantly. When you go to David Stanley Chevrolet for service ask for Bob. This is without a doubt the best person I have ever met. He will meet your needs professionally on a personal level. Awesome Experience We brought our car in for warrenty work with the thought of possibly trading in. We were approached by Leroy Gerhard. oil change I bought my car at David Stanley Chevrolet back in 2013. I have been taking it there for 5 years to have the oil changed. I take it in on Friday at 4: I bought my car at David Stanley Chevrolet back in 2013. I have been taking it there for 5 years to have the oil changed. I take it in on Friday at 4:30pm to get the oil changed and they can't get the oil plug out. They try to replace the plug but the one they have doesn't fit. They tell my son it will cost around $700.00 to replace the oil pan. He ask the technician if it was bent or had damage on it and he tells him no it just happens. By this time it is 6:30pm and they are all being rude to my son because they are wanting to leave. So they put the old plug back in charge him for the oil change and he leaves. OK wouldn't you think that David Stanley would want to make it right and fix it seeing as they are the only ones that have changed the oil all this time. I will never recommend to my friends and family to go there. More

Always a great experience. They always greet me with a smile and ask me if i have any concerns or things i need checked during my car services. I have always had a great experience and if you go in the morning they have coffee and donuts and bottled water. More
