In the past, I've always just done my own work and maintenance of my vehicles due to past experiences with dealership service departments. We purchased a warranty with this vehicle due to it being the ONLY new vehicle I've ever purchased. My experience since has supported my decision to purchase the warranty and I'm happy with it. More

Repair As I was waiting for my repair work, Jeff came in and said they checked my front end alignment and it was off and needed to be fixed. I asked him how As I was waiting for my repair work, Jeff came in and said they checked my front end alignment and it was off and needed to be fixed. I asked him how much it was off and he said that itge test didn’t show how much. He said it would be $95. I asked if there were any specials and he said this was a special being $30 off. We all know the rest for front end alignment is the most expensive part of the test. I feel like that since I am a woman they didn’t think I would know this and if it was tested it would tell how much it was out of alignment. I am called every time I have service done and am promised a voucher for completing it. I have done numerous surveys and never have received a voucher. More

Great, friendly service I had some recalls on my 14 Silverado that needed to be done. The service was excellent I picked up my truck the next day.
