Helpful, Not Pushy I worked with a few gentlemen on my visit, but can only remember the name of one. We were very upfront about our trade in, our concerns and our needs as a buyer and the staff met these needs and concerns like professionals. So many car lots have the 'bully' tactic in order to sale cars. That was not the case here. We were on a time crunch trying to work things into our family and work schedules and when we informed the dealership of our concerns, they jumped too it having cars ready for us to test drive in the price range that we were dealing with.
