We called David Stanley and Kevin told us that he had lots of 2012 Chevy Camaro to chose from. When we got there he had only one. Paperwork took over 6 hours to complete, even though we were already ap lots of 2012 Chevy Camaro to chose from. When we got there he had only one. Paperwork took over 6 hours to complete, even though we were already approved for the car. The car had a large scratch on the front bummer, that we were told they would find out when they could fix it. The next thing is the camaro was supposed to be capable of blue tooth, but to our surprise all the blue tooth had been removed. So that it did not work. The camaro that we bought was supposed to be a NEW 2012 but when we went to tag it, we found out that it had already been purchased and it was a used car. It took us over an hour to get the title straighten out. There was no windshield fluid in the car. David Stanley took a check for $1500.00 more, but did not apply it to the down payment. We realized that when the payment book arrived and it did not show the extra $1500.00 on the down payment. I cancelled the check and David Stanley has never called us.I am wondering if they were just going to cash the check and keep the money, which to me is stealing and embezzlement. I have contacted Chevrolet but got one email that said they would be sending me paperwork to fill out, but no paperwork has been sent. A representative from Chevy, his name is Larry called me once, and I have tried numerous times to call him and all I get is his voice mail, I have left messages but Larry has not called me back. I have sent several emails and have never heard from them. I think David Stanley owes us some money back for selling a used car at a new price, they should fix the bumper, and install the booth tooth capability , so that I can use my phone in the car. I will never shop at this dishonest, not trustworthy place ever again. We are considering trading this car in within 2 years and buy another one, but it WON'T BE FROM DAVID STANLEY. More
so, I bought a 2010 altima coupe from your company 2 weeks ago. After driving it for 2 weeks, I was told to come sign papers. After sitting in the finance office for an hour without anyone letting us kn weeks ago. After driving it for 2 weeks, I was told to come sign papers. After sitting in the finance office for an hour without anyone letting us know what was going on. After waiting for an hour we found out we weren't appoved for the car and I had to return it.. then after being embarrassed, your company didn't have the courtesy to give my family and I a ride home?!!! making us call a cab which cost us $47.00 because your sellsman told us you didn't have a courtesy shuttle? .. I will NEVER do business with you again and I will make damn sure that I let everyone know what your company considers "quality customer service" More

Went in for the second time in two years for an electrical problem on the door locks of my truck. The first time it was under warranty and was fixed promptly. The second time I stopped in to see electrical problem on the door locks of my truck. The first time it was under warranty and was fixed promptly. The second time I stopped in to see if it would be covered since it was the same problem. They notified me that it would not be covered under warranty and it would cost over $580.00 to fix. I called a friend of mine that works in a parts warehouse and bought the original parts for both doors for under $40.00. It took me 15 minutes to install them myself. I have never worked on door locks before and was shocked at the ease to replace them. I was even more shocked at what David Stanley was wanting to charge($125.00 per lock and over $300 to install) to put them in. Their little escapade just cost them the sale of a new vehicle and all future business. More
I went into the dealership to get my power window motor repaired on my 2005 Impala I named Barney after my blue-tick hound. I'm an 82 year old disabled vet, so my hearing isn't the best. I told the dealer repaired on my 2005 Impala I named Barney after my blue-tick hound. I'm an 82 year old disabled vet, so my hearing isn't the best. I told the dealer that I didn't want a new car, but they told me it was going to be $8,400 for me to get my power window repaired and it would be best to give up on my 2005 impala, stating that the 14,000 miles I had on the car was about the end of the road for that particular model. I lost my dog last year, so it was hard for me to get rid of the last thing that reminded me of Barney. When they showed me numbers on a new car, they told me that my car was worth about $20,000, so I decided to trade. They told me my payment on the new Impala was going to be $678 a month for 36 months, so they had me sign a blank contract on the car because they said their computer was broken. When i got the payment book in the mail, I learned that they has actually only given me $2,000 for my trade-in and that they charged me $18,000 above what the sticker price on the new one was. The payment was $678 a month, but it was on an 84 month loan, not the 36 month loan they told me it would be. Overall, it was a horrible experience and I wouldn't reccomend this dealer to anyone. I now owe over $42,000 on a car that originally had a price of $19,425. How could anyone take advantage of an elderly disabled vet who just lost his dog? They told me there was nothing they could do and that I was out of luck. I tried to call and talk to someone, but I was hung up on numerous times. Overall, it was a bad experience. More
Lied, did not give me what they said they were on my trade when it came down to final paper work, had to threaten to get them to do what they said they would.
