As soon as I walked through the door, Tino was there to greet me and helped me right away. We went looking for the truck I wanted and he showed me the different colors. he was very friendly and informative greet me and helped me right away. I was limited on what I could spend and he made sure I got as close as possible to my price range. The dealership took "top dollar" for my trade-in. Mark continuously checked up on me as I waited while my truck was getting cleaned and filled up with gas. Also, Taneal was very patient and sweet, she showed me the "bells and whistles" of my truck and answered all my questions and helped me set up my smartphone to the truck. I have already recommended David Stanley Chevrolet to my friends and family. I am extremely happy with my experience, they made me feel very comfortable and at ease with my first brand new vehicle purchase. More

Myself and my farther had been looking for a truck for a little over a month we were looking at 3/4 ton 4 door 2013 and the more we looked around the fewer 2013 3/4 ton trucks there were. After looking on the internet and we came across David Stanley we made an appointment to come by to ask a few questions of Jessie Clark this man sit down with me and my dad and answered out questions he did not duck any of our questions and he looked us wright in the eye's listen to what it was that we were looking for. I was very impressed with him as well ask his wiliness to take his time with me and my dad we got all of the questions answered. We left that day knowing all along that we would be back and asking for nobody else but Jessie Clark to help us all in all he found us a truck and he went to get it and when he drove it to the front of the dealership, I new that was the one, I wanted, I did not need to look any where else we got that truck a 2014 Silverado LT with a 5.3 engine and it has what, I needed. I would with out any hesitation recommend Jessie Clark for a new or used car or truck at David Stanley Chevrolet of Oklahoma City. More
The finance dept lied and cheated me out of 1050 by adding in identity theft and other garbage and hiding it as aftermarket accessories after I stated multiple times I did not want them and was told mu adding in identity theft and other garbage and hiding it as aftermarket accessories after I stated multiple times I did not want them and was told multiple times they were included in the extended warranty I was wanting and were not additional. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and have talked to multiple people at the dealership but they have stated they are not returnable, still waiting on their response to the BBB. I have told everyone I know never to use any David Stanley because of the issues I had with both the Norman and OKC locations while purchasing this vehicle. Many have stated that they have never heard anything good about this dealership. Beware and watch out for them because they will get you on everything they can. More

I had a very bad experience with David Stanley Chevrolet. We desperately needed a car to fit our expanding family, and we decided to search Auto Trader. I stumbled on a post for a three row Chrysler Pacifi We desperately needed a car to fit our expanding family, and we decided to search Auto Trader. I stumbled on a post for a three row Chrysler Pacifica. David Stanley Chevrolet had it listed, and it was in our price range. After we went to purchase it, we were handed the keys and told we had been financed. They told us that they filled all used cars up with twenty dollars in gas, and we left the lot happy with our purchase. When we got home, we noticed that our gas light was on, and we were surprised. It shouldn’t be on. We filled up our car only to realize that it wouldn’t take gas. You have to feed gas in to it a little bit at a time while the gas pump constantly shuts off. The gas spews out of the tank if you fill it too quickly, and the fuel tank doesn’t work properly. It has a twenty gallon tank, but our tank only takes about ten gallons at a time, if that. David Stanley Chevrolet filled our tank up for us before we left, and they knew that it wouldn’t take gas properly. Instead of informing us about it, they let us buy a bad car anyway. The gas tank only ever fills half way up, the gas gauge is inaccurate, and at one moment the car reads that you have one hundred and sixty miles to empty, and the next moment you have two miles until empty. We cannot use this car to take our family places because we never know when we are going to run out of gas. We had the car for almost two months before they got the title to us. Part of the reason it took so long to get our title is because they lied to us about being financed. They told us we were financed, but unbeknownst to us, they kept continually running our credit for weeks after we left the lot. They never contacted us and asked if we wanted them to keep trying. They never let us know that we hadn’t been financed. They never let us know they were going to try again. They just didn’t care about us as customers at all. I do not like people who conduct shady business practices just to make a buck, and that is what they did to us. I will never do business with them again. I have three children, and a car that isn’t reliable thanks to David Stanley Chevrolet. My youngest daughter was born with a birth defect, and because this lot was more concerned about selling a car than about telling the customer the truth, I don’t have a car that can transport her to her out of town appointments. Also, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. More
