Steven you welcomed us with our best interest as a family My name is Earnest Bowen. My wife, Melanie and I went looking for a car over at David Stanley Kia on Saturday March 28th. We met with Cecil and then I My name is Earnest Bowen. My wife, Melanie and I went looking for a car over at David Stanley Kia on Saturday March 28th. We met with Cecil and then I felt very disrespected when he passed us off to Eric as if he didnt car for us as guest or customers for that matter. I have been in sales for some years now and it seems as if they were all about their money instead of caring for the needs of my family. My wife and Melanie could see the anger when he was not offering the vehicle in our price range that WE knew was best for our family we left to get something to eat yet while giving them the chance to look on their inventory and see what they could find.... they never took the time to look or call. We went to David Stanley Cheverlot where we were greeted by Steven. We mentioned to him about Kia and what they said about the car that we knew was there and they lied and told us that Billy took it on a test drive and the tranny was slipping but i was actually still there. Steven didnt pressure us at all and right away went and looked for what we were asking for. After was all said and done we had nothing put laughter and great times and got the what we needed and enjoyed every minute EVEN the waiting room. Awesome customer service Claudia was very awesome with helping me buy my first car. She was so nice and even gave me her number to call her if I had any questions after buying Claudia was very awesome with helping me buy my first car. She made sure that the car was cleaned up very well and told me that she had to send it back for a second cleaning because they didn't do good enough the first time. When I saw it I was amazed how well they did on cleaning it up, she made sure the gas tank was full for me as well. The day I had came to pick it up I was in a hurry because I had to get to work. Everyone that helped me made sure that I knew they were speeding things up for me. I was so impressed with how fast everyone worked with me so I could get in and out. Everyone was very nice and efficient with me. I will definitely recommend to family and friends. More
