I guess I don't understand because Vincent talked to you many times before you came here to the dealership, sent you many photos of the engine, interior, exterior, wheels, etc. He told you everything about the car, the modifications, and history. We even put new tires on it for you after the car deal was closed finalized. On top of all this, we even ran the car deal wholesale and lost money on it to sell it to you. The response from David Stanley is inaccurate. Photos were never sent, Vincent told me the vehicle was stock and there were no modifications, and you offered to replace the tires at a premium. I have the receipt from Pep Boys showing that I had to get tires after the vehicle was sold.

I am sorry this happened. The vehicle never had frame damage and I mentioned this to you. I am confused if you knew the guy who traded it why you would question it's condition. It only had 4,000 miles on it. We never got the money from you and I am told to sell anything on the lot on a first-come, first-serve basis. You just didn't get us the money. I had stressed to you several times we needed payment to secure the deal. We never received payment. I mentioned I could not hold vehicles for customers and you said you would "take your chances and come here when the car arrived." So....I'm not sure how that is taking advantage of you. I wanted to sell it to you!! I didn't want another department to sell it before my department. It's just the way it turned out because that customer paid first.

The vehicle you purchased is a different one than the one on the internet you later saw online. I am sorry you feel this way. As we mentioned, you can bring it in and we will find you a different one. We want you happy with your purchase. We always ask everyone at delivery if everything went well and customers are happy.
