I have no choice but to write a bad review. Very dishonest. This has by far been the worst experience I have ever had dealing with any business in my entire life. I did not want it to get to this point to write This has by far been the worst experience I have ever had dealing with any business in my entire life. I did not want it to get to this point to write a bad review, but other people need to know so this doesn't happen to them. About a month ago I purchased my first new car at David Stanley in OKC. A couple days after I purchased the vehicle, I was trying to get insurance for it and realized that the price we negotiated was not what they sold it to me for. They had me sign a scrap piece of paper during our deal saying a price that was $1,100 less than what was on the actual paperwork. Since this was my first purchase by myself, I never thought to get a copy of this scrap sheet of paper. Not only that, they had thirty days to send me my title, and everytime I called they said it was sent out. The last week they had to send it, I was finally able to get a hold of someone that told me that it was never sent and offered to overnight it for me. Why would they lie to me like that? On top of that, they were supposed to send me a check for cash back that was added onto the loan that they soon told me that they didn't owe me. After dealing with this for close to a month, days upon days of calling and never being able to reach anyone, leaving my number and receiving no phone calls back, I finally took the long trip down to OKC to settle it. The owner and I, after long conversation, decided that it would be best to offer me the same car with more upgrades, for the same price. I got a completely new loan on this car from a different bank. I made this deal on a Saturday and the man in finance told me that on Monday they will call and pay off the old loan. This never happened. It is over a week later and I just received a letter in the mail from the bank where I had my first loan, stating that my first payment is due next week. I called the bank to make sure they paid if off like they said they would and they did not. Now I have two loans and only one car, and when I tried to call there was no one to speak with. Hopefully I am able to settle this soon and they make it right. If they really do, maybe I might think twice about this dealership. I hate to hurt a business like this by posting a bad review but it has gotten to a point where I feel like I don't have a choice. I have never been so hurt or frustrated. I have never ever in my life been treated so poorly or lied to so much. Please, if you can help it, do not give this dealership any of your business. If you do go there, make sure to read absolutely everthing and get copies of every bit of information you can. More

When we arrived at the David Stanley dealership, we were greeted by Joel. He was excited and willing to help us but he had a family issue he had to take care of. Before leaving, Joel introduced us to Jordan Newby. Jordan was excellent. We weren't sure what kind of vehicle we wanted so he walked us through our options after listening to our specifications. After we had picked the car we felt was the best for us, he walked us over to finance where Saul Rodriguez helped us with financing. During the financing process Jordan took the time to come check on us making sure the process was going smoothly. Saul was very friendly as well. He explained everything and made sure we understood the financing process. We had a great experience and would recommend the David Stanley team to anyone looking to buy a new/used vehicle. More
