Satisfied I came in looking for a specific Truck and found it. I knew what I wanted and Marysol helped us with the choice between 2 trucks. She was very nice an I came in looking for a specific Truck and found it. I knew what I wanted and Marysol helped us with the choice between 2 trucks. She was very nice and informed about the Trucks we were looking at. We had no problem with choosing due to the information we received from Marysol. She pretty much got the sale done. I was left to long at the financing area and got a little upset with how that was done and decided to pull out on the deal. It was late I was tired and just wanted to go home. Billy Thompson saved the sale for Marysol and did what every salesman would do and that was try to save the sale. He took me to the used car area and had me talk to the sales manager who then talked me back into purchasing the Truck. Thumbs up to your sales team! Don't allow your salesman to be so pushy it comes off very insincere. Marysol did not come off this way and got the sale. If it had been any other I would have walked. Marysol and Billy went over and above. More

used car sale The wife and I were looking for a used car online and one from David Stanley caught our eye so we decided to go check it out. Nick meet us as we pulle The wife and I were looking for a used car online and one from David Stanley caught our eye so we decided to go check it out. Nick meet us as we pulled onto the lot and showed it the one we were interested in, we were looking for lesser priced ones so he didn't really show any interest in selling to us, being what I would call rude for a salesman. we were asking some questions and getting the basic info and somehow got passed over to Monte. He seemed more into his job and was working with us and calmed us down after Nick. We worked out a deal after while and would come back the next day to take care of financing. We showed up the next day and Monte took us over to financing to get the deal done, that's when the headache for both sides started. after quite some time had passed due to the finance guy kept having to call the salesman over because the deal that we made was different than what was on the paperwork, (vehicle price, trade in value, terms). We got through that and went home waiting on the car to get the repairs done and oil changed. The next day we called to check and Monte said he would check on it and call us back in 15 minutes, two hours later we found out, after I called him, that a part had to be ordered and it would be ready on Monday.Monday morning we get a call from the finance guy that he needed to redo the contract as per the finance company and our payment would go down. We called again Monday about 1 pm to check and same thing, I'll call you back in 15 let me go check. After over an hour went by with no call back we decided to drive up there to see the finance guy and see what's going on. we went to see what the finance guy wanted, that's when everything started going downhill and if it wasn't for the fact that our transmission was going out we would have walked away from them. They informed us that they wanted more cash down, terms have changed ( 6 months shorter which was the only good thing), and the payment would go up $20. that was a long headache inducing 90 minutes for everyone involved, us, the finance guy, and used car manager. We go to the shop then to check on the vehicle ourselves to get an answer since the Monte never called us back with an update and the service writer told us that the part was ordered and it was 3 -5 days to get the part, us getting pissed off was an understatement, we stomped over to used car sales and for some reason the car was done and just getting vacuumed out. All this happened five days after the initial sale had been done. after more than two hours on the lot that day we were finally handed the keys to our Equinox, it would have been real nice if both keys that they gave us would have worked, one was for a pontiac. After we were complaining about it, we were told that we get what they were given when they received to car and told us to go have one made at our own expense, so back to the main building we went searching for a manager to really start throwing a fit over this whole ordeal. That' when Derek (used car manager) came in and got a headache over a simple key. He went and had one cut and made sure it worked and got us calmed down. We chatted with him for a little bit and decided to give him the keys to the trade in that no-one ever thought of getting from us during the deal. In my opinion from what we have experienced, they need to conduct a over due customer service meeting, because their customer service just sucks, no other way to put it. They just about had us walking off the lot a couple of times because of it. I don't think that I could recommend them to anyone with the problems that we encountered and wish that I would have listened to the wife about going to a "buy here, pay here" lot. We would have gotten a lot better customer service from them. More
