This place took advantage of a single mother distracted by a teething toddler. They tell you one thing and do something entirely different. All around, constant lies. When I called for 3 days in a row I ke by a teething toddler. They tell you one thing and do something entirely different. All around, constant lies. When I called for 3 days in a row I kept being told I’d receive a call back. Never did. When I finally spoke to someone, the guy treated me like an ignorant woman. I never received any of the documents I signed and when told that, they said it was in my email. I stated multiple times it was not. I do not know who the lien holder is or how to make payments. When told this, same guy told me “oh, you’ll find out. They will make sure you pay the payment.” The vehicle in question had the tire light on and needing an oil change. I was told they would take care of it and did not. The payment amount was higher than I was told. They told me they would contact me if they could find a car if the car could take the negative equity off my current, they did reach out and made sure to NOT state they would not take my current vehicle until I signed documents. Again, I felt highly taken advtange of because I was a single mother trying to focus on the paperwork with a teething toddler. This place is somewhere I would not recommend to even my worse enemy. It’s full of crooks and you won’t get any nice or helpful advice. They will avoid you like crazy and lie to get you into their vehicles. More
Shy was a superb technical representative involving the repair of our 2023 Tahoe. Vainly was also very helpful in updating the status of our 2023 Tahoe at each of the previous 5 visits to get the issue wit repair of our 2023 Tahoe. Vainly was also very helpful in updating the status of our 2023 Tahoe at each of the previous 5 visits to get the issue with the steering column resolved. There were numerous excuses given at each visit as to not correcting the noise and the friction/rubbing going on with the steering. Thank you to those that accomplished the repair, and alignment for the steering column concerns. More

They do not honor their online advertised price, they will tell you all kinds of reasons why the online pricing is not accurate and will add abut 5k more to it. They said that a 3rd party advertising tea will tell you all kinds of reasons why the online pricing is not accurate and will add abut 5k more to it. They said that a 3rd party advertising team lists the prices too low, therefore, they have to add more to that price. They will also say that the online price is only honored if a car is traded in and financing is done with them which is not specified online. Levar seemed to get annoyed trying to give many reasons why the online listed price was inaccurate. More
