David was my salesperson, he is not listed. below. He stated he had only been there 3 weeks. But nonetheless I went in to trade a vehicle and left with the same vehicle. I was told we want you below. He stated he had only been there 3 weeks. But nonetheless I went in to trade a vehicle and left with the same vehicle. I was told we want your trade, but then did not take it. I left owing more debt. He did not have the skills to close the deal. There was a lot of back and forth, more than usual. We can. We can't. We this, we that. It was nerve-wrecking! because it does not take all of that, to close the deal. Know the facts stick to the facts, get the deal done. I was told information on my trade could not be found. I found out 2 days later that was not true. I was able to find all the necessary financial information on my trade( after they said they would take it) That is only reason I went in. To trade out of something and something newer. Then I was not given the option to delay payments for 6 months. this was not a good deal for me and my family. So now paying off a trade, and a CAR PAYMENT, how does that help my family? The salesman do not care, they only want the bragging rights of a sale. Regardless of what your situation is. Bottom line is my experience could have been better. Unlike the other comments I did not feel like family. More
