I didn’t expect to leave in a 2024, so the fact that I did is just amazing. A team member stayed in contact with me hours before I arrived with contact information and precise instructions on what to do w did is just amazing. Mel George was my salesperson and was waiting outside when I arrived ready to serve customers. He was very attentive and listened to me and aimed towards helping me leave in exactly what I wanted, provided GREAT customer service, he was honest with me about cars that would be a great fit or not such a great fit for the style and price range I was aiming for, and another important thing is that he displayed patience with my young children that could’ve been a distraction to him, however, he didn’t allow that to interfere with my experience or his skills as a salesperson . I left in the color I was looking for, the style, and a brand new 2024 Chevy Trailblazer that I am in love with. Thank you so much. My boyfriend will be back in a couple months to aim towards getting a Silverado! *fingers crossed* I will be sending him directly to Mel George. I am in love with my new car and enjoyed my experience. Highly recommended and plan to do all future car purchases through this dealership. More
I had to bring my Tahoe in for regular maintenance and while I was there I was told a recall needed to be serviced also and I had called customer service previously twice about the recall and was told the while I was there I was told a recall needed to be serviced also and I had called customer service previously twice about the recall and was told the part was back ordered and both times my name and number was taken and I was told I would be called to set up an appointment to have the recall serviced once the part was in and I never received a call back from anyone about this matter, Marvin Gonzalez went above and beyond to make sure my services were met including the recall and taken care of, considering I live almost two hrs away he got me a loaner car and I was able to return the next morning and pick up my Tahoe, sadly the cost of an automobile and other products just continue to rise and as a consumer from my experience customer service continues to go down and my belief is that retail businesses give some time to focus more on training their employees to bring back the importance of customer service for all consumers and Marvin is a great example of great customer service! More
