The overall experience was fine, on the phone it was stated that you could get me in the car with the same payments. The payments are higher than what I had, but the downpayment was lower that the firs stated that you could get me in the car with the same payments. The payments are higher than what I had, but the downpayment was lower that the first offer made to me. I just hope that when I return as an owner, I will receive the same treatment as when I was looking to buy. Time will tell. More
