Darrin was great to work with. The only issue I possibly had was that Roger wouldn't quite answer my finance questions about actual cost of vehicle and trade in. I liked the service and thought the overall visit was good. We left with a new truck and thought it was pretty cool they got us into something instead of sending us away with a negative outcome. It really is hard to find people who love their job and really care about their customers. Shane was all about how to make us happy and went above and beyound to see that we found the perfect vehicle. We also got the pleasure of working with Shawn Archer who is also an outstanding customer service representative. Both gentlemen were very polite, which is a plus. Not only did I get a great price the service was excellent! The salesmen are very professional. The last time I came into David Stanley was a few days ago in the service department. This defiantly was the best Warranty/service experience I have ever had. I initially called Mr. Gatlin on the telephone. He had great customer service (Which is hard to find anywhere). Later that same exact day I came into the shop. He was extremely busy but did not hesitate to still provide this excellent customer service. I was in and out within 45 minutes with a HUGE smile on my face. Thanks for everything! More
We had to wait for hours to get a deal, the detail on a BRAND NEW truch looked like 4 & 5 year olds did the job both times. Plus there were NEW scratches down the drivers side. Had to come back and have the truck fixed the day after getting it...took 7 days!!! We did NOT get questions answered that we asked. Because Brenda and Misty kept checking on us and trying to get the others ot move instuead of going in reverse we stayed. If it were not for these two women we would have walked out. More

I had,had a bad experience at the Joe Cooper ford dealership when I took my 2000 Ford explorer in to be repaired,Chad Brown was the service manager.He made us feel like we had no business at his department with our older model ford,Like we didn't have enough money to be in his presence!So I decided right then and there to buy from David Stanley,when I pulled into David Stanley,Josh Simpson was the first person who greeted us,he was very respectful and treated us like royalty.He was very patient with us as this was our first new car buying experience. I have been a loyal Ford fan since I started Driving but all I could afford was secondhand Fords,so when Chad Brown treated us like secondhand citizens at the Joe Cooper Ford Dealership,I decided I would never Buy a Ford product again,new or used! I will remain a David Stanley Dodge fan from now on. More
