Fantastic Sales Staff! I found the vehicle I was interested in online (Pontiac G8 GT) and called David Stanley Chrysler Dodge. I was immediately connected to Marysol. I shared with her the information about our trade and told her we were interested in the Pontiac. She is kind, very knowledgeable and worked quickly with me, which was very helpful since I was an out of state buyer. She was able to work the numbers for the vehicle and I agreed to purchase it the following day. That night my wife and I drove 4.5hrs, stayed in a hotel and met with Rickey who led us through the test drive and finance department. Rickey was very friendly, helpful and accomodating. I was on a work conference call when we arrived and he allowed me to use his office to continue wrapping up work before continuing to discuss the sales deal. All the staff we were involved with were absolutely incredible, from the receptionist who initially answered the phone, to Marysol who worked the deal for us, to Rickey who finalized the transaction and led us through the process. My family and I really appreciate people who are customer focused. We felt like we were part of the David Stanley Chrysler Dodge family. Went in today after talking to Rick on the phone about what we were looking for, what financial arrangments we were capable of doing. I honestly wasn't expecting to be able to find a car that fit our nee what we were looking for, what financial arrangments we were capable of doing. I honestly wasn't expecting to be able to find a car that fit our needs and budget. Until I met Rick. He worked with us for over 6 hrs on narrowing down the right car for our family, and when it didn't seem the payments would work, he found another car. Just as the final paperwork was ready to be signed, Rick came back with a better deal on the car I really wanted. He was so patient and kept working for us even after we had settled on a car. He was straight forward, honest, truly listened to and cared about what we said, and just a really nice person to hang around with.
