The service was great, but I would have preferred if they had warned me that they had to order the parts that way I wouldn't be on foot for an entire week. A way to mitigate the wait time would be 1. Warn cu had warned me that they had to order the parts that way I wouldn't be on foot for an entire week. A way to mitigate the wait time would be 1. Warn customers or 2. Install the parts you have and then ask the customer to return to install the part that hasn't got there. More

The evap control system on this truck has created quite the challenge to identify and repair. GMC app does not communicate with dealership system so my appointment did not show in the system. My truck was cleaner before I left the dealership. There was oil on the steering wheel, shifter, armrest a appointment did not show in the system. My truck was cleaner before I left the dealership.
