I used to rate this service center very high. But, since Jan 21 it has taken two days to get my car in the shop just to troubleshoot the problem. On Aug 27, 2021 (8:15am) I came in for an oil change on my 2017 GMC Acadia. I was told they would get me in as soon as they could. hour and 40 minutes later they told me it was ready....
