I've bought 5 or 6 trucks from this dealership in the past few years and the service department is really easy to work with. Jeremy Cadle and the other guys in the service department are true professiona past few years and the service department is really easy to work with. Jeremy Cadle and the other guys in the service department are true professionals and provide great customer service. The sales department is good also and they will go out of their way to find the vehicle you want, especially in difficult times like we have had the last two years. I was a few minutes early for my service appointment. , arriving at 8:45 for a 9am appointment. My truck was taken in and things appeared to be going smoothly. After a 1 1/2 hour wait, I inquired about m , arriving at 8:45 for a 9am appointment. My truck was taken in and things appeared to be going smoothly. After a 1 1/2 hour wait, I inquired about my truck. I was then told that I was "next in line". Finally got done and left after 2 1/2 hours! Was told someone was out and they were having problems. Would have been really nice to have been told that up front. One of the managers walked by and asked me how things were going. After I told him what was going on, he went to check on things and brought me a $50 credit to use for my next service. That's the only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of one. As if that wasn't bad enough, I discovered while driving home that one of my tires was low on nitrogen so I'm guessing they were in such a hurry to get done with my truck that no one checked the tires. More
